Scrum - All at once
Scrum is a simple framework with three roles (Product Owner, ScrumMaster, and Team), three meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Review), and three artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Chart). These are all that is needed for one Scrum team. For a larger company with a product portfolio to manage using many development teams, a Scrum of Scrums in needed along with a Scrum of ScrumsMaster. To manage a Product Backlog for a portfolio of products, a Product Owner team will need to be created, led by a Chief Product Owner. Coordination and scaling of teams with be presented along with example strategies from many Scrum organizations.
