Scrum is a framework that can be rounded out in a million different ways. You will find your own way, and that way will change over time. Rather than making arbitrary improvements it is important to find the weak points and strengthen them. To do that well requires removing yourself from the heat of battle and taking time to reflect on past successes and opportunities for improvement.

We will show a simple time-line technique that you can use at the heart of a retrospective exercise to help the team come together to identify improvement opportunities.
