“Organizational Transformation”
“Plan Driven => Value Driven”
“Help organizations be (agile)”
“Fun and Comittment”

We will work towards the mission statement thru these 4 main areas · CampScrum
Scrum Safe House
Hand Holding
CSM classes+

CampScrum
Attendees come to a house and spend 5 days with experts. This can be an internal happening as well as a public happening. We will cover all topics necessary for a CSM class, and all participants will certify as Scrum Master’s.

Scrum Safe House Take part of an organization off site, to work on problems thru an impediment list.

Hand Holding We go to an organization and help them produce a product thru Scrum. We help the organization create a Scrum impediment backlog that is prioritized, and we work from the top, constantly making the Scrum implementation better. For this we need backup so we can put in, for instance, 10 good Scrum Master’s. This will be done thru our network.

CSM classes + Doing CSM classes as we do today, but also add optional classes, such as lightweight architecture, agile estimation & planning, engineering practices, etc

As we as a group want to have fun, we agreed upon creating a ScrumCamp in Nyteboda, October 22-26. The house will also be booked weekends on both sides. That gives us access to Stora Nyteboda from Friday October 19 at 18.00, until Sunday October 28 at 14.00.
