Takeuchi and Nonaka, the godfathers of Scrum, noted that the management of the Toyota Prius team found, energized, and focused "Ba" to cut delivery time in half. "Ba" is the creative flow of innovation of the team and is important to success. At the same time they executed the three fundamental lean principles, Mura (smooth out flow), Muri (never overstress a person, process, or system), and Mudah (eliminate waste). We will show how these concepts are essential to high performance Agile teams.
